EIR Healthcare, a company specializing in volumetric modular clinics, has partnered with MillerKnoll, a global collective of design brands including Herman Miller and Knoll, to integrate casework, furniture, and interior solutions directly into EIR's factory manufacturing process. This venture is expected to deliver fully furnished, factory-tested clinics that are ready for patient care.
Under this model, healthcare interior solutions from MillerKnoll are delivered directly into EIR Healthcare's supply chain at facilities such as Plant Prefab. There, casework and furniture are installed, commissioned, and quality-checked within the volumetric modules before leaving the factory floor. This approach seeks to address the traditional construction bottleneck where fragmented, field-based interior installation introduces quality risks, missing parts, and schedule delays.
The partnership is already being deployed on Good Samaritan Hospital's behavioural health clinics in Weedpatch, California.
