ANX / Aaron Neubert Architects, Inc. has realized the stunningly contemporary Echo House and Studio, which currently occupies the Elysian Heights neighborhood in Los Angeles, California. The structure is perched atop a hillside and the elements of design hint at luxurious and ultra-modern sensibilities. Attention had to be paid to adapt the building to the plot as the site was a steep hill. The architects created a three-story layout for the Echo House and Studio. There is a street-level garage for the owner's cars, double-height ceilings which create an illusion of more space, as well as a fully glazed front facade that offers sweeping views of downtown LA. The dwelling also features an abundance of outdoor spaces in the form of a front deck and a number of terraces.
