This 30,635 sq. ft. space in the trendy Queen West neighborhood will offer co-working areas, including 68 offices, boardrooms, lounge areas, kitchens, and a patio. Unique to this location are three-person offices, catering to diverse business needs.

Co-Founder and President Derreck Martin emphasizes the importance of dynamic, community-focused work environments. The Claremont Street location will also feature a collaboration with Forno Cultura, adding a bar/cafe to the site. East Room’s Club Membership offers access to amenities, events, and social areas.
