DispatchHealth has teamed up with Emory Healthcare to provide patients with medical care from the comfort of their homes. By accessing DispatchHealth, users are able to request at-home care with medical professionals using the phone or the DispatchHealth app. This allows the patient to feel safe and secure at home while receiving the proper medical attention required.
Emory will add DispatchHealth's Acute Care, Bridge Care, and ED-to-Home services to its portfolio as a result of the deal. Patients will also be allowed to schedule a follow-up evaluation or care after their appointment.
