Chocolate Customization Pop-Ups

This Kit Kat Chocolatory Pop-Up is Centered on Custom Confections

Since the opening of the first Kit Kat Chocolatory in Japan, new stores and pop-ups have been opened over the years, giving consumers access to unusual chocolate bar flavors and experiences for creating custom confections. Kit Kat will soon be opening its first pop-up store in South Africa, allowing visitors to create their own tailored treats.

The Chocolatory Pop-Up is set to be hosted at the Mall of Africa, providing visitors with the chance to build a custom bar with their choice of base—milk, dark or white—and three out of 14 total toppings like mint chips, strawberry pearls, caramel fudge and honeycomb.

To complete the customization experience, people will also be able to pair their personalized chocolate bar with custom packaging featuring South African landmark imagery and a message from a template.
