Corded Wall Coverings

The Corset Wall Tiles by Arbutus+Denman Add a Layer of Depth

At first glance, the Corset Wall Tiles will simply look like a set of traditional tiles with a rather dizzying pattern on them. Upon closer inspection, however, people will come to realize there there is more than meets the eye. The pattern is actually made up of cords that have been handwoven like the lace of a corset around each side of the square, hence its name.

Created by Canadian based design studio Arbutus+Denman, the Corset Wall Tiles not only adds a nice touch of pattern to a living space, but texture and shadows as well. By introducing a layer of depth to a wall, the tiles are like an installation of art for the home.
