This Column-Filled Home Mixes Contemporary Details with Historic Designs

There's a distinctly Midsummer Nights Dream feel to the deck of this contemporary column-filled home. With interesting features on both the inside and on the outside of this residence, the Ramat HaSharon, Israel, located home is both unique and special.

Created by Tel Aviv-based studio Pitsou Kedem Architects and architect Jonathan Munjak, the contemporary column-filled home is able to perfectly balance the modern look with a serene oasis-like feel.

What makes the home novel, however, is the fact that it is infused with stark design lines and dark columns throughout the space. Connected to its dreamy and spa-like outdoor deck via large windows, glass doors and glass partitions, the house feels open and free. With natural sunlight streaming in and simple interior decor, the chic home is comfortably livable without being shabby.
