To make the ice cream, Stumptown first brews coffee without heat for over 12 hours until it reaches the perfect smooth and sweet flavor. The coffee is then combined with hormone-free milk to create a rich and creamy ice cream. Unlike other coffee-flavored desserts on the market, the new cold brew ice cream will only contain 6 ingredients in total.
