Coffee-Beer Hybrids

Square One Coffee and St. Boniface Brewing Collaborated on a Coffee IPA

St. Boniface Brewing and Square One Coffee recently joined forces for the creation of a Coffee IPA that is aptly being called 'Best of Both Brews.'

The hybrid beverage takes the form of a sweet IPA with a low amount of bitterness and a rich coffee flavor that shows off notes of fruit and berries from the coffee. Square One Coffee used its Kenya Rioki coffee for the making of this coffee beer beverage, which helps make the finished product a standout in terms of taste for being clean and sweet rather than dark and smoky, as so many coffee beer beverages are.

With the expansion of both coffee and beer culture around the world, many consumers are becoming interested in experimenting with hybrid beverages such as this Coffee IPA.
