i29 has unveiled yet another architectural endeavor, presenting the transformative ‘Canal House’ project, which seeks to revamp the neglected ‘Canal House’ property after its abandonment in recent years. The two-year project focused on restoring the house to appeal to a modern market, incorporating zones throughout the house by using color and finishings. The house has a kitchen, living room, guest bedroom, main bedroom, and accompanying bathroom.
The master bedroom and bathroom use elements of the house’s old architecture, offering the future homeowner a personal area that "radiate[s] comfort and luxury like a true hotel experience." Complete with a Japanese bath and freestanding sink, the bathroom is separated from the bedroom using a green mirrored volume that encloses the stairwell and shower area.
