The Cadbury Dairy Milk Remembrance Bar has been unveiled as a chocolate bar that marks 100 years since the First World War as a way to pay homage to those lost.
The limited-edition chocolate bar features branding that is inspired by the brands first packaging designs and has been emblazoned with poppy flowers that symbolize remembrance. The chocolate bar will be retailed in the UK with £0.3 of each bar sold being donated to the Royal British Legion to support the British Armed Forces, their families and veterans.
The Cadbury Dairy Milk Remembrance Bar was explained by Cadbury Brand Manager Beth Cameron who said, "Through our Remembrance Bar and partnership with the Royal British Legion, we are saying ‘Thank You’ to all who served, sacrificed, and changed our world during the First World War. The remarkable stories of the Cadbury workforce 100 years ago have shaped the business we are today and are particularly important for us to remember at the centenary of the end of WWI."
