Circular Multi-Seated Benches

The Buzz Bench Brings New Style to Communal Seating

The Buzz Bench is a very stylish way to bring people together. The bench features a large circular table surrounded by five other small circular seats.

The seats were developed by Vestre Ore Borgersen, Michael Olofsson and Espen Voll and has a simple plan, to get people to enjoy each other's company. The seats are relatively close to one another so putting the seat in a public area will encourage interaction between strangers.

An average bench is straight and when filled with people everyone is facing one way. On this bench, everybody is looking at each other so avoiding interaction would seem a lot more strained than usual. In a world where everyone avoids everyone else in favor of phones, this is a refreshing piece of furniture Photo Credits: designboom, vestre
