Compact One-Bedroom Brazilian Homes

Sliding Walls Adorn FCstudio's House Design in São Paulo

This compact two-storey Brazilian home is designed and erected by local architect Flavio Castro of FCstudio. Located in an area of lush surroundings in São Paulo, the house bears a rectangular shape, a flat roof and is created with functionality in mind. The structure is named the 'Box House.' It is an architectural venture that experiments with privacy and open-concept.

For the construction of the Brazilian home, Flavio Castro utilized a number of materials, including glass, metal, and concrete. The house was built fairly fast and the adoption of prefabricated elements definitely contributed to that. The most noteworthy feature of Casto's São Paulo residence is its dynamic attitude toward the outdoors. Thanks to the sliding doors and pivoting walls, the Brazilian home can fully open up to the lush surroundings.
