Trader Joe's recently introduced a new ready-to-drink product called the 'Organic Cold Brew Mocha Nut Latte,' which boasts a creamy base of almonds and cashews. After the ingredient have been blended, Trader Joe's notes that the non-dairy drink undergoes High Pressure Processing (HPP), which is described as "a cold, water-pressure-based alternative to heat pasteurization."
