Interlocked Apartment Architecture

Be Fun Designs Creates the Isogo House in Japan

Architecture firm Be Fun Designs has created a number of complex apartments in Japan, all with an interlocked aesthetic. This design ensures that the space available to the development company did not go to waste, while also keeping home owners happy with a decent amount of outdoor sections.

Since the space was quite limited, this interlocked design makes certain that small sections in between houses were not left unused. It's these small details that enable the architects to place 8 studio apartments on the block, while also making sure things are not too cramped. Each place also has two levels, which gives the owners even more space to walk around and relax.
