School of Wok's 'Bao Bun Kits' Help to Prepare Bao in 30 Minutes

Bao buns are commonly enjoyed by consumers at various restaurants, but when it comes to making the steamed Chinese bread rolls from scratch, most people have no idea where to start. To help remedy this, School of Wok is now introducing two kinds of Bao Bun Kits, which promise to help make bao buns in 30 minutes.

The new kits are offered in Black Pepper and Barbecue varieties, which provide all of the essentials for making four to six buns with a flour mix, pickling salts, dry rub and glaze. Instructions are also provided in the kits, but consumers will need to add their own fresh ingredients to complete the meal.

Over the past few years, consumers' desire to discover new globally inspired eats put a spotlight on bao, turning it from a staple Asian street snack to a foodie favorite.
