Capitalizing on the success of their famous Bagel Balls, Nick and Elyse Oleksak of Bantam Bagels have added another item to their growing breakfast empire: Bantam's Egg Bites.
Unlike the famous Bagel Balls, which are stuffed with cream cheese, Bantam Bagels are bite-sized, "protein stuffed" bread balls filled with scrambled eggs, cheese, and other toppings. The bites come frozen and can be heated up in the microwave in just 20 seconds. The idea is that the balls make a perfect on-the-go breakfast for those who find they often have to eat on the run. Better yet, the bagel balls come in five different flavors, so those who prefer plain bagels or everything bagels can enjoy an Egg Bite that satisfies their cravings.
