The Android-Compatible 'AsteroidOS' is Now Available

Considering the growing popularity of smartwatches, it's surprising that it's taken this long for a project like AsteroidOS to reach the market. The smartwatch operating system offers all the perks of a modern wearable experience, and it's compatible with Android phones, making it a viable alternative to the common Wear OS.

AsteroidOS was originally conceived of several years ago, but as an independent third-party technology, it has taken it a while to reach a stable, usable level for consumers. The program now includes things like phone notifications, an agenda, an alarm clock, a calculator, a music remote control, a stopwatch, a timer, a weather forecast app, and settings customizations. Of course, the OS also lets users bring in any apps that they're interested in using thanks to its compatibility with Android smartphones.
