The security buff is the one who's worried about identity theft. They don't want to switch to more tech savvy payment methods. Credit cards are the most advance technology method they'll abide to.
The budget boss are people who don't want to spend more. They're afraid new payment methods will influence them to spend money like drinking water. They stand by their debit and cash.
