The collection launched at New York Fashion Week during the Fall/ Winter 2015 collections. Kanye noted that the collection was inspired by the 2011 London riots that struck the nation. The collection features ripped sweaters, full body nylon suits, transparent pants, military jackets and spin-off police vests. Kanye also hired his sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner, to march alongside the pack of models.
As Anna Wintour, Kim Kardashian West, Beyonce, Jay-Z, P. Diddy and Rihanna gazed amongst the collection from the front row, the models staged a thought provoking demonstration by Italian performance artist Vanessa Beecroft.
