Mirrored Mechanism Architecture

Adam Wiercinski Builds the Seaside Periscope in Poland

Adam Wiercinski has built the Seaside Periscope in Poland to attract more tourists and allow people to have a space of observation when coming to the area.

The design uses mirrored mechanics to give visitors a distinct experience. "Wiercinski uses the device on a large scale by placing an upper mirror at a height of 4 meters above the ground, bringing sunlight into the restrooms while providing a scene that is unobstructed by motorists and pedestrians navigating along the exterior boulevard," as aptly put on DesignBoom. This allows the visitors to enjoy the scenery from various angles inside the building, and not feel disconnected from the surrounding area. Tourists should appreciate coming to this area of Poland if only for this distinct architecture. Photo Credits: designboom, adamwiercinski.pl
