JuggerBot Launched its H6-106 Hybrid System

JuggerBot 3D introduced the H6-106, a large-format hybrid additive manufacturing system that combines pellet-fed thermoplastic extrusion with two-component thermoset resin delivery. Designed for aerospace and defence applications, the platform supports the production of larger, heat-resistant parts and tooling that require greater durability than conventional thermoplastics can provide.

Built on JuggerBot’s Tradesman platform, the H6-106 features a fully enclosed, heated chamber that helps stabilize large-format printing. The system was developed through an America Makes project supported by a $4 million Air Force Research Laboratory award and draws on the company’s work with Oak Ridge National Laboratory and Mississippi State University.

For manufacturers, the hybrid design expands the range of materials available within a single industrial AM system. By supporting both thermoplastics and thermosets, the H6-106 could enable more durable aerospace tooling and other performance-critical components.
