The 'ZHE' rocking chair has been designed by Alan Hung as an ultra-modern take on the humble furniture piece to provide a supportive yet decidedly airy piece for the home. The chair is constructed with a metal frame that's wrapped tightly with a tensile fabric to give it an almost hammock-like finish. The chair allows the sitter to fully sink into the seat and rock lightly to give it a truly relaxing form that's suitable for modern and/or compact homes.
The 'ZHE' rocking chair is designed in white and black color options to further enhance its minimalist nature with a soothing sage green option also in the mix. The chair is the winner of the Red Dot Design Concept Award for 2022.
