Garret Brown Designs the Zeen Chair with Versatile Elements

Garret Brown, who is the designer of the Steadicam camera mount unveils his latest work, which is the functional Zeen hybrid structure. It is both a walker and a wheelchair, which was inspired by his father and his friends who seemingly had either a walker or a wheelchair.

From there, he noticed the gap for those who could benefit from having a hybrid design of both options. The Zeen is a walker that can transform into a wheelchair when needed as the default keeps the chair's height at a suitable measurement for tables and desks. Once they are prepared to stand up, users can alter two gas springs that help them adjust to a standing position. The armrests are able to turn into handle bars for when the chair turns into a wheelchair.
