The solutions include the maltose-negative yeast LalBrew LoNa for ultra-low attenuation fermentation alongside the inactivated specific yeast ISY Enhance that will improve the body and mouthfeel for the drinker.

CEO at EvodiaBio Camilla Kloss Fenneberg spoke on the Yops natural fragrance solution saying, "As demand for low and no-alcohol beers and sustainable solutions continues to grow, we are excited to collaborate with Lallemand, whose expertise and extensive distribution network will help bring Yops to a global market."
