The Yi Erida drone is purported to be one of the fastest, most lightweight drone options out there that can be controlled entirely from a smartphone. Crafted from carbon fiber, the Yi Erida drone is capable of reaching speeds of up to 75mph and remaining airborne for up to 40-minutes in total per charge of the battery pack.
The Yi Erida drone features an onboard camera that's able to capture footage in 4K quality and features a tri-copter design. The Yi Erida drone comes as a collaboration between Yi and Atlas Dynamics to create a flying drone that's capable of taking stunning photography as well as offering an easy-to-use design. The drone is set to launch in the second quarter of 2017 and can reach a maximum altitude of 6,000-meters and operate in temperatures as low as -15-degrees Celsius.
