On the two ends, the handles have been conceived with a crisscrossing mesh that increases grip and provides a gap between one's skin and the yellow cylinder of the core.
This increases ventilation in the hotter summer months so that sweaty palms don't lead to slipping. In the winter, the webbing of the X-ing Handlebars become heated to warm your vulnerable fingers. These are powered by built-in solar panels that also power a digital speedometer display.
