Montblanc's 'Writers Edition' Pens Celebrate the Works of Homer

Legendary writer Homer gained a permanent spot in the pantheon of writers and in celebration of this, Montblack is honoring the author in its annual Writers Edition pens. The collection is officially known as "Homage to Homer" and includes a Greek blue leather notebook, a special ink in Greek Blue and a gorgeous pen known as the Homage to Homer Limited Edition 1581.

According to Franck Juhel, President of Montblanc Middle East, India and Africa, this new collection is set to further the celebration Montblanc has had for writers with its annual Writers Edition.

The design elements of the pens incorporate references to Homer's work, including the silhouette of the Trojan horse and the legendary spear of Achilles. Like previous Writers Edition pens, this collection will be released in limited amounts and will feature a number that references the year of the first translation of Homer’s Iliad in English.
