Window Watching by Michael Wolf is Intimate and Intrusive

The Window Watching series takes photography voyeurism to Hong Kong. Very similar to past projects from such photographers as Gail Albert Halaban, Anne-Laure Maison and Sook Kim, it revolves around peeping into people's lives from window to window, hence the title of the series.

Shot by German photographer Michael Wolf, the Window Watching series captures scenes of his neighbors from a perch in his own apartment. Intimate and slightly intrusive, the Window Watching series captures everything from people watching television to doing pushups and browsing on their laptops. Although nothing really seedy is going on, that is not needy to grab people's attention. Simply seeing everyday people leading everyday lives is far more interesting that some would at first believe.
