Environmentally Friendly Race Car

An environmentally-friendly race car with tyres made from potatoes and brake pads from cashew nut shells has been invented by boffins at the University of Warwick. Named ECO1, It has a top speed of 150 mph and also runs enitrely on bio-fuels and bio lubricants.

Whilst the chassis needs to be from steel (which is very recyclable) for strrength and safety , everything else on the car is made out from biodegradable or recyclable materials.
