Abdominal Infant Monitors

'Snuza Pico' is a Wearable Baby Monitor That Can Be Attached to Diapers

Snuza calls its 'Pico' a "next-generation smart wearable baby monitor," as it takes the form of an ultra-compact diaper attachment that can be used to track an infant's abdominal movements, skin temperature and body position.

The smart wearable device is designed to vibrate in the instance that no movement is detected after 15 seconds, which should rouse a baby to resume normal rhythms. If movement is not detected after this cue, an alarm is sounded, helping to alerting parents or caregivers to abnormal activity.

Parents are able to check in on the data collected with the Snuza Pico via the Android or Apple app and information may also be shared by multiple smartphones to provide more comprehensive care.

In comparison to its previous releases, such as the Snuza HERO, Pico is 40% smaller.
