Announced at the Samsung Developer Conference 2016, the Samsung Gear 360 VR camera is the brand's latest foray into the 360-degree camera market.

Designed to capture both photos and video in 360-degrees for experiencing it on a VR headset, the Samsung Gear 360 can also capture content in 180-degrees and from single lenses only. Dust and splash-proof, the Samsung Gear 360 can capture photos with a resolution of 25.9MP, which means it's ready to provide ample capabilities when it comes to VR content.

The Samsung Gear 360 VR camera is not yet available, but those looking to get their hands on the device in Europe can preorder it now for €350. At present, there are no details regarding which countries it will be available in when it formally launches.
