Realistic Underwear Models

These Underwear Models Realistically Represent the Male Population

In an effort to accurately represent the average man, The Sun teamed up with Jenny Francis to create this comical underwear models photography series. In these photos people see real men of different shapes and sizes modelling underwear. These men are readers of The Sun, who volunteered to show the world how the average man really looks in designer boxers and briefs.

While this series includes a group shot, it also features individual photos, which compare these everyday men to professional male models. These realistic men pose in the same boxers as the pros, and in the same positions. The result is both eye-opening and funny.

Just as the media sets unrealistic beauty standards for women, these men show readers that men are also misrepresented in billboards and ads. Let's face it, most guys don't look like David Beckham when they're stripped down to their boxers (and that's alright).
