Two Houses Conde is a design by EStudio HMA in South America, who needed to find a way to connect two separate houses into one, yet still retain private sections for the residences.
Since the two clients the architects were working with both wanted to expand their spaces, it was important to ensure that each customer was well listened to. If one received a better option than the other, things could become tricky so the EStudio team did a good job of understanding the needs of both. In the end the additional structure looks like its own house altogether.
