TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE is an Installation by Virgil Abloh & Vitra

TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE is the latest designer-led installation in Vitra's "sequence of experimental projects." With this initative, the Swiss family-owned company seeks to destabilize traditional understanding of design by pushing boundaries into the experimental and "looking beyond the production of chairs and home accessories."

The latest installment of this project is TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE with Virgil Abloh. For inspiration, the renowned menswear designer looks toward "the interaction between an adolescent and his home surroundings." As part of this collaboration, Vitra and Abloh work on three silhouettes. The TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE spotlights a glossy Ceramic Block, an industrially inspired and reimagined Petite Potence wall lamp, as well as a clear chair. The latter two silhouettes were inspired by Jean Prouvé. Each offering in the TWENTYTHIRTYFIVE collaboration is identified by a vibrant orange colorway and classic Abloh letter detailing.
