This Tree Trunk bench from VIVID Rotterdam rules. I love it SO much. It's totally surreal and very Alice in Wonderland. So random is this bench, it took me a while to figure out what was different between this and, well, just having a log in your front room.
BUT there is a big catch. This concept comes with a price tag of €11,000 which EXCLUDES the trunk.
This just covers the cost of the back covers of chairs which are made of bronze and can be put in any tree trunk. I love this concept a lot more than the price tag - and am sure if I steered away from the bronze chair bit then it would be reasonable easy to make your own bench based around this concept.
