Tony Owen Partners recently designed this apartment complex in Sydney, Australia, and decided to go with a slightly warped structure for the balcony area. Instead of using simple straight lines in this section, the team went with a wave-like look.
The apartment is also meant to blend in with the surrounding area, with sandstone and metal being the primary materials used. What's more is that each balcony is slightly different, and optimized in the best way possible to gain the most sunlight and views of the park and surrounding sections of land. Not only does the design look great, but it also serves a very functional purpose too.
