Oatside, the Singaporean brand specializing in "creamy oat m*lk made for people who don't care for plant m*lks," joined forces with a plant-forward cake shop in Hong Kong, The Cakery, to create a limited-edition tiramisu collection.
In the collection, there's a dairy-free coffee-soaked vanilla sponge cake (named Pick Me Up) made with oat milk as the first ingredient, and frosted with light-as-air cashew cream, then topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. For those who prefer more portion-controlled indulgences, the Oatside x The Cakery Tiramisu cupcakes offer an even smaller format of the recipe.
Available for a limited time until early December, the tiramisu treat collaboration can be found online, as well as through all The Cakery locations, and MAYA, its vegan sister bakery.
