The feature of the home is the cantilevered, rooftop pool, equipped with a glass-bottom floor that offers voyeuristic glimpses of the swimmers from the interior of the house, making it an uncharacteristic staple piece. The glass floor filters natural sunlight, creating opalescent ripples throughout the home. The pool also boasts an infinity edge, merging the water with the ocean in the distance.
The house is constructed from white concrete supported by several columns. The non-concrete surfaces are glazed, further allowing sunlight to infuse into the interior.
Indoors, the luxury home features five bedrooms, a first-floor sauna and a steam bath and a service elevator that allows smooth transportation from the kitchen to the rooftop terrace.
