The building offers multiple amenities, with 150 affordable living units, the Hub mixes luxury living with safe housing for everyone. With a 75-foot lap pool that is open year-round, a landscaped sundeck, children's playroom, fully-equipped gym, indoor and outdoor movie screens, a party room and a library, the new building offers every necessity along with luxury additions. On the 53rd floor there is a sky lounge with panoramic views of the city, while the ground floor offers a fully equipped retail wing.
