The Dynamic Tower is a Rotating Skyscraper Set to be Built by 2020

The Dynamic Tower will be the newest edition to the Dubai skyline, and will become the world's first rotating skyscraper. Put on hold since its announcement in 2008, the revolutionary building project is being rekindled. Providing a fresh panorama for its inhabitants, the Dynamic tower will continuously change it's shape, never looking the same. Set to be the first building designed in four dimensions, each apartment in this 80 storey apartment complex will have the capability to rotate 360 degrees.

David Fisher, the man behind the design of the towers claims the skyscraper will be "designed by life, shaped by time." Residents of the moving apartments will be able to adjust the speed via a voice controlled activation system located within the rooms. Additionally, residents can program their home to rotate with the sun throughout the day, watching the sun rise, and set from the same window.

By challenging basic conventions of architecture, buildings like the Dynamic Tower forge a path for the future of real estate, and home design.
