Automated Stadium Drink Services

The TIAA Bank Field Adapted TendedBar Services for Sports Fans

The Jacksonville Jaguars employed the partnership of TendedBar to serve mixed drinks to fans at home games. The TendedBar automated service is available at the TIAA Bank Field during NFL games. The service dispenses alcoholic beverages and holds up to 10 types of liquor and 18 mixers at a time.

The dispenser serves 14 drinks per minute. Each TendedBar setup has four touch screens for fans to scan their identification cards and credit card information. They can then place their orders on the screen display. The company harnesses the power of TrueFace facial recognition to verify the fan's identity after they scan their cards. Moreover, the automated dispenser stores data on each customer's most ordered drink to facilitate the process.
