The architect plans to create a new residential and urban area for five million people in the US desert. Entrepreneur Marc Lore and Bjarke Ingels will work closely to build the new urban center from scratch.
Telosa will occupy a 150,000-acre site in the undeveloped western area. The team's vision is to create a new American city with global recognition as the urban standard of living. Ingels and Lore hope that Telosa would become a blueprint for future generations. The city's density is estimated to be roughly equivalent to that of San Francisco, with 33 people per acre.
