As a result of the partnership, Teamviewer will now be natively integrated into Jamf Pro, providing the company with a unique opportunity to offer its remote connectivity solutions to Apple users.
Jam Pro users will now be able to turn on 'TeamViewer Tensor' to receive remote assistance when faced with a tech-related problem. Once activated, TeamViewer will control, manage, monitor, and repair a user's device depending on their specific needs. If "remote control" is utilized, users will even watch as IT personnel take control of their devices and resolve their issues in real-time.
