This Tangerine Beer Was Made to Pair Perfectly with White Castle Burgers

It Hits Different is the name of the 6.5% ABV limited-edition tangerine beer created by Philadelphia-based brewery Evil Genius to pair with White Castle's burgers. This IPA collaboration celebrates 100 years of White Castle and it offers a clever nod to the occasion with the use of Centennial hops, as well as Sabro hops and fruit flavors. It Hits Different is said to provide a flavor experience with "a subtle bitterness from the beer's unique hop profile countered with a pleasant, light tangerine sweetness."

There was a launch party for the beer that took place at the end of September and now, this unique beer is being distributed across the states through bar and restaurant locations, ready to be served with sliders.
