Breath-Tracking Wearables

The SweetzPot Flow Brings Breath Tracking Tools to the Common Athlete

The SweetzPot Flow is an innovative fitness device that monitors users' breathing habits. While heart rate monitoring is important, many endurance athletes have noted the importance of measuring their VO2 max. Traditionally, athletes would have to have a lab track their VO2 performance, but the SweetzPot Flow is looking to change this with its new wearable fitness tracker that measures both heart rate and oxygen intake in one simple device.

The SweetzPot Flow comes in the form on a chest strap, which can be easily worn while completing any kind of physical activity. The Flow will then be able to track oxygen intake -- measured in liters per minute -- and can provide the information that will best help athletes understand their breathing rhythms and patterns. The SweetzPot Flow is currently seeking funding on Kickstarter and is expected to ship out in the third quarter of 2018.
