Sustainable Cocktail Bars

Ketel One Created a Bar Made of Repurposed Post-Consumer Materials

At the world's largest bartender competition, World Class, Ketel One created a sustainable cocktail bar to get people thinking about the many ways in which they can be kind to the environment.

As well as serving a Ketel One Bloody Mary made with locally sourced ingredients at the bar, Ketel One collaborated with Pentatonic on a bar made with reclaimed, recycled and repurposed post-consumer materials, including everything from plastic bottles and DVDs to yogurt pots and old mobile phones.

Ketel One aims to inspire people to create classic cocktails with a sustainable twist by reducing waste, favoring natural ingredients and making the most of locally sourced garnishes. Over the next year, the sustainable cocktail bar and Ketel One's 'Better' serves will continually inspire bartenders.
