Michael Lee Lunsford Layers the Superheroines of DC and Marvel

Most female superheroines are dressed somewhat provocatively in comic books, but these photos portray these vixens in a more conservative light.

Michael Lee Lunsford created the fully dressed superheroines to exercise other design concepts for the female comic book characters of DC and Marvel. Lunsford states that he's not enforcing any moral code onto other designers, but simply exploring other avenues of design that haven't been examined in comic books.

Supergirl in thigh-highs isn't a bad look for the native Kryptonian, and seeing Elektra decked-out in full assassin gear looks even better than the original concept art. Even Wonder Woman looks comfortable in her new attire: she is the princess of the Amazons, so outfitting her with militarized gear seems appropriate.
