Dreamy Artistic Rugs

Studio Proba Created a Range of Rugs with Andrés Reisinger and six n. five

Alex Proba is a New York-based designer and her design label 'Studio Proba' launched a new series entitled 'Luster' in Soho. The new series is comprised of a range of rug selections highlighted by bold coloration and compositions made in collaboration with designers Andrés Reisinger and six n. five. The studio's discipline lies within its vibrant elegance as the rugs are photographed in a setting that is seemingly out of this world.

The series sees some metallic accents and Proba explains the rareness of metallics and how implementing them in the rugs was interesting. Every rug is tufted by hand in Northern India and constructed with hand-dyed bamboo silk, hand-dyed wool and golden yarn. Photo Credits: designboom, studioproba
