Studio by Spotify Labs is a standalone desk app that's launching soon as a Research Preview to select users in select markets, and it's centered on responsive, personalized experiences based on users' personal preferences. Studio by Spotify Labs is said to understand a user's Spotify taste across music, podcasts, and audiobooks, and it's designed to let users receive private daily briefings, create personal podcasts and playlists, and refine what they're hearing in a conversational format.
In a press release, Spotify shared some of the ways a user might interact with Studio by Spotify Labs, saying, "Create a daily audio brief for my road trip through Italy. Walk me through my day using my calendar and bookings. Recommend a memorable dinner spot near where I’ll be. And end with a podcast recommendation I’d love for the drive."
